         <description><![CDATA[<p>Germany would sign a non-aggression pact with the Soviet Union in August 1939. This pact made it sure that they would not face war while Germany had its focus on the west making sure there was no two-front war for Hitler. This helped the soviet prepare for a conflict and take soviet interests. but surprisingly this brought the two groups together in closer bond.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A great turning point for world war 2 was in September of 1939 known as the invasion of Poland. the military under Hitlers command would swiftly and thoroughly invade Poland. Hitler was fighting for more territory for Germany and for him to set his bases. The fight in Poland happened for a bit but eventually Poland would be overpowered by German forces.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>stretching along the eastern border of France they made a fortified base due to the trauma of world war 1. This fort made it to help avoid invasion from Germany it consisted of underground bunkers, concrete forts, defensive positions, artillery, Machine guns, and other weaponry. although it showed how the French tried their best to be defensive it didn't work out and eventually Germany invaded past the border in may 1940. </p>]]></description>
