         <description><![CDATA[<div>English Language Learns benefit greatly in this class by incorporating their home language into their writing. Writing/using their native language helps them feel more comfortable in this school environment. As a diverse teacher, it is my job to include many different forms of differentiation for all of my students, especially the ELL's. With sequences, targeting, and focused support in writing, the ELL's can make leaps and bounds.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Many of these students are able to see the direct connection between images and words. Each of these skills incorporates hands-on activity as well as visual aids. This illustrates a deep understanding for each student  so that they can all reach the learning goal on different levels (to match their individual needs). </div>]]></description>
