It says you need to write a short portrait of yourself as a leader from someone else's perspective and identify the leadership attributes they would recognise in you. I have the following questions 
1. Are the leadership attributes you're talking about the ones that are on the session one tutorial e.g. Dynamic, insightful, enterprising? 
2. It is from someone else's perspective as if they were writing about you. You need to draw on your readings in order to discuss the attributes one would recognise in you. Although a PowerPoint slide may refer to attributes you need to link your discussion to references from the readings undertaken.  Leadership qualities are sometimes referred to in general in the scholarly publications so it's up to you to make the links to your own characteristics and abilities. Your portrait may happen to highlight skills that you would need to work towards. I found the Stamopoulos (2012) one written twice but not with a link/cannot click to access a file with reading. Can someone shed some light?

Apparently there were some IT issues with Blackboard for some of the week end and staff could not access it either.
