They are universal but they are there to improve academic and behavioral problems. An Example of an EIP intervention would be to conduct  workshops for students that talk about different behaviors and to motivate them to stay in school. It is the social workers job to decide what intervention would work better for the students. An example would be maybe organizing a way so that the students are getting additional time to learn the material that they may be struggling with.
