My students have played a quiz show game of multiple choice questions. They have tried to find the colours of the flags of some of the countries mentioned in the student's book. The student who has found the answers in the shortest time has won the game. We have used "wordwall" as a Web 2.0 tool via our interactive board at the classroom.

Grade 3 students worked in pairs and created a DIY memory game about colours. They were extremely creative. During the process they reinforced spelling the words and showed interest in learning some rare colour names, eg. turquoise, lavender, salmon.

Our students were divided in two teams. One person of each team was an animal. That person couldn't see what animal he or she was and by asking questions "Is it blue?" they should guess what animal they were. The other students could only answer using "Yes or No". They had a great time playing together.
