         <description><![CDATA[<div>Communication is applied in most complex ways to provide efficient and excellent care for patients and families. The nursing staff, management and leaders all have to collaborate with one another in reaching this goal. The problems within the workplace are contributed by stressors and can range from hierarchal specialties to incompetent therapeutic communication skills. It is important that nurses are to speak up in times when they are emotionally attacked because of bullying or demeaning actions from other coworkers or even from patients. Leaders should continuously be open to concerns and questions from their staff, create an atmosphere that they can share ideas and thoughts without hesitancy, and to be able to use teamwork in all departments to defeat ineffective communication. </div>]]></description>
