The nursing staff, management and leaders all have to collaborate with one another in reaching this goal. The problems within the workplace are contributed by stressors and can range from hierarchal specialties to incompetent therapeutic communication skills. It is important that nurses are to speak up in times when they are emotionally attacked because of bullying or demeaning actions from other coworkers or even from patients.
