Have dynamic classes, not just write the contents, do playful and practical activities. (The idea is that the students begin to approach and appropriate the foreign language). Share what you have learned together.

Promote a comfortable environment and immersion, since there is constant interaction in the foreign language.

Additionally, as a teacher, promoting research will be useful to design new methodologies and what tools we can use over time in an appropriate and current way.

I believe that the lesson plans and my classes should be more focused on achieving an impact on my students that generates real knowledge, since in general in the institutions are accustomed to simply give content without any purpose, so the author's ideas allow me to reflect on the fact of looking for a real purpose to the topics addressed in class can be applicable to everyday life and not just stay just another topic.

For me is very important the knowledge you want to share combine with the context, taking in to account the context gives you a first look what you’re going to face during the class, with this you have a great look about  how this class can be, my intention with the students is a very important approach not also as a teacher, also as a figure that students can trust, the idea of create not only an environment of learning that is very important also the idea of create a space where students can be free of share all they want to share, the class as a safe space of the student where they can be what they are also with all respect with he’s team mates and also with the teacher.

The passion is also involved in this role, as a teacher when you teach with passion you have the 70% of all because with passion the fluency of share all you want to share became easily, students will see that and they also create a commitment with you and all lessons will be a great experience for all actors of a classroom.

My classes

It’s important to follow the steps that demand the law and the school, the idea is to create a mix of all the steps of the school plus your ideas and creativity combine with context and the students, all classes created only in function to help the development of the students, not only a boring class with only lesson and lessons, also with little games or disruptive activities that show the students that study or a class can be a an easy and a funny way to get knowledge. 

Since I was very little, the hatred for the English language and the thought that it is a language imposed by society with which "supposedly" you are going to get a better job and therefore a better economic remuneration, has haunted my mind. Perhaps the reason for this is that I have had English teachers who felt that students' respect was earned by punishing them throughout class by holding large amounts of books, or by having their hands up throughout the class, or by simply pulling their hands. ears to pay attention.
I know it is absurd that after going through and thinking about the above, I am here... educating myself to be an English teacher; but the author reminded me not only of my motivation, but also of that one and only English teacher who made me think that regardless of bad experiences, the reluctance not to think that I am not good at grammar or vocabulary, or just the constant thought of " I can't", each student has their own way of learning, and that is where the teacher's role must act. Not as a mediator between information and student, but as an interpreter of the context and needs, and as a facilitator of learning.
That is my identity as a future English teacher, I may not be the best teacher of this language, much less the one who knows English the most, but I have something that drives me and it is to show that "if I can, you can too"; Many children, youth and adults go through what I went through and still do, and I want as a teacher to support their needs and support them as that teacher did with me in the past, showing them that each one learns in a different way and that a standardized test DOES NOT DEFINE who you are.
I believe that Professor McGonagall applies to my ideal of identity as a teacher, since she, a mixed-blood witch who from the beginning did not fit into her Muggle family (except for her mother), within her role as a teacher repeatedly supported Hermione to surpass herself (who is considered the prototype of a skilled and applied student), to Harry to face all adversities (who is considered the prototype of a student who does not excel in studies, but is not bad either), and even supported Neville by understanding his lack of confidence until he became the restorer in Dumbledore's Army (who is considered the prototype of the student with learning difficulties due to his lack of confidence). Regardless of her way of learning, she always helped her students according to her needs and context.

Since I started this new professional approach, I have known that graphic design was going to be the most powerful tool in my favor. I believe that learning must be communicated through the senses, and graphic design greatly helps with this work through audiovisual elements, which can be applied to develop the 4 communication skills that a language student must acquire.
Creativity in conjunction with pedagogy, can lead to the evolution of traditional repetition exercises, in creative and even interactive didactics with which the development of the lessons and classes that come to teach, can be enjoyable for students.
This is what I believe the author was referring to when he spoke of "the alternative in training", to use our knowledge, environment and context to put aside the lessons based on a structure directed and dictated by a book, method or even institution. ; in investigating new tools and technologies and making use of these to apply them to the classes we teach; in leaving the fear of the unknown and applying our intuition to develop new exercises that always seek to help our student.

My classes 

It´s important to know the previous knowledge of my students to be able to plan the following classes and the idea of the classes is not  only grammar , vocabulary and repeat. The classes should be more dynamic such as games, activities, songs where children are impregnated with the language with things that they normally like to do. So they are passionate about learing a second lenguage which will be easier for them. 

In my pedagogical practicum and throughout my teaching process I want to be a person that respects my students and pays attention to their needs and interests. Also, as the reading said, I expect to develop my critical thinking further and think of education as a social practice that transforms lives and transmits knowledge about different areas and cultures instead of just grammar structures and the repetition of those ones.

Although I’m still nervous and don’t have any experience in teaching others, I would like to be a person that motivates my students and inspires them to do better every day and explore their creativity whilst developing their critical thinking and communication skills. Also, I want to help them to be less insecure and participate at every chance they can without the fear of being mocked or criticized.

The more I have experience in the field, the more comfortable I’ll be at selecting the methods, approaches, and procedures that work the best with me and the context I’m working with when I have to design my lesson plans or when I have to do something in a sporadic way.
