What Am I All About?

When somebody asks me why I wanted to be a teacher, I have a simple reply: because I feel as though I can do the best for the world with this profession. I intend to do this by helping my students be the best they can, and letting them help me be the best teacher that I can be in the process.

Why English?

The short answer? Because I'm a bit of a nerd. The real answer? Because I want you, the students, to end up enjoying what I teach more than you did before you took my class, and the only way for this to truly be accomplished is by teaching something I already love.

Life Lesson: Don't take yourself too seriously

In this class I want to encourage you all to open your minds beyond the monotony of the classroom work cycle. Be silly, be courageous, and be kind. With all of these combined, I hope this class will be impactful and set you all on a course to find joy and success in every walk of life!
