Productivity Tracker

This productivity tracker is intended to help teams working in agile settings beware of their own work, the work others are doing, and color code the priorities for what work is most important. There will be room for customization of different columns on this productivity tracking application so that users and scrum leaders can develop there own board to fit their needs. Teams can add columns like "backlog", "sprint", "done", and whatever else they may need. This application will have the ability to check status's on cards, have the tagged metadata associated with each card, and be able to track the workflow to see dates of when cards get created, assigned, and completed for later reference and tracking.

I do use more than 1 productivity tracker. I manage a team of 6 people and I need to cater to their needs and they make use of certain features across a few platforms. We use Jira for our standup/huddle meetings, Microsoft Planner for personal to-dos, and GitHub project boards for our developers. Sometimes I don't know where to go to get an overview of my teams work which is a frustrating thing to have to dig for and should be simple.

We do not have a scrum master for our team. My team are the ones that control the cards and give updates on them as they work. This is something I like as sometimes scrum masters have reign over a few different teams and can get disconnected from the details of the work each team does. This is a pain point that causes everyone frustration because if the scrum master controls the cards but has little to no clue what they mean or how they function, the overall productivity goes down.

I would like to see a feature where all past and future meetings that were held around the work of a card are shown to the entire team. I would also make sure there is a feature to add notes to a card when it is complete in case anything special happened when completing the card, or if something went wrong, I would like that to be shown.
