2. Wrap ice in towel and tie it to the swollen ankle

3. Wrap the ankle with an elastic bandage

4. Elevate the swollen ankle above the heart

5. Alert a teacher at the general office or Staff rooms

2. Disinfect the cut with cold water and mild soap

3. Use sterile tweezers to remove large pieces of dirt and debris

4. Once the wound is clean, cover it using a plaster for small cuts, and a bandage for larger cuts
