1- Adab in Knowledge

🐾 Tajdid niat - Have a high intention of why you are seeking knowledge. Is it to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT, or just to show off?

🐾 Recite a du`a - Start your studies by reciting a du`a to Allah so that the ilm` you acquire is blessed and made easy by Him.

🐾 Veneration - Have a deep, unshakeable respect for teacher and book. We must give our full atttention to the teacher who is teaching and close book if you`re not using it.

2- Al-Quran as a Book of Guidance

🐾 The source of our life is Alquran, AsSunnah and AlHadis.

🐾 Alquran is our medicine that can heal all various aspects of life.

🐾 Recite Alquran everytime, everywhere, everyday.

-“The Quran itself is light.” [5:15]

-“A Book We have sent down to you so that you may bring forth mankind from the darkness into the light...” [14:1]

𐙚 "Knowledge is light, and wudu is also light. Thus, the light of knowledge will increase with the presence of the light of wudu." (as Syeikh Imam Syamsu al Aimmah al Huwani)

𐙚 Have wudu when studying, recite the Quran, sleeping etc.

"O Muhammad! Inform me about Islam." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Islam is that you should testify that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger, that you should perform salah, pay the Zakah, fast during Ramadan, and perform Hajj to the House, if you are able to do so."

,he went on to say, "Inform me about Iman." He (the Messenger of Allah) answered, "It is that you believe in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers and in the Last Day, and in qadar (fate), both in its good and in its evil aspects."

Then he (the man) said, "Inform me about Ihsan." He (the Messenger of Allah) answered, "It is that you should serve Allah as though you could see Him, for though you cannot see Him yet (know that) He sees you."

The signs of the Day of Judgment :

🐾 the slave-girl will give birth to her mistress

🐾 the barefooted, naked, destitute, the herdsmen of the sheep (competing with each other) in raising lofty buildings."

Overall, what I get is :

🐾 Refer to the knowledgeable person when asking.

🐾 Don't be afraid to ask questions when you don't understand because this is student haq to ask the teacher.

🐾 Don't afraid to say “I DO NOT KNOW" when you don't know.

🐾 Emphasizing the importance of learning etiquette.

🐾 This hadith gives the ways to increase our faith.

🐾 Always feel a thirst for seeking knowledge.

1- Belief in Allah

🐾Belief in the oneness of God, worship Allah

🐾Tawhid ⟶ Rububiyyah ( believe in Allah's Lordship )

⟶ Uluhiyyah ( believe in Allah's exclusive right to be worshipped )

⟶ Asma' wa Sifat ( believe in the name and attributes of Allah )

🐾Surah az-Zukhruf 43:87- Disbeliever believe in the existence of God but do not believe in Allah because they adhere to the Tawhid of Rububiyyah, not Uluhiyyah.

🐾The time of Prophet Noah, the beginning of the creation of idols.

🐾Atheism (negate the existence of god)

🐾Disbeliever more better than Atheism bcs they believe in god

2- Belief in Malaikat

🐾Created by Allah from light and have various role

🐾Helpers of Allah to demonstrate the power of Allah.

🐾The connection between Allah and mankind.

3- Belief in Kitab

🐾Divine Book = Al-Quran(prophet Muhammad), Taurat(prophet Musa), Zabur(prophet Daud), Injil(prophet Isa)

🐾The Qur'an is perfect, guaranteed and protected from Syaitan.

🐾Other kitabs change every generation except Al-Quran.

🐾Have to know the knowledge of Allah's greatness before understanding the Quran.

🐾Why Al-Quran in Arabic? because the language is beautiful, the words are few but the meaning is many and big.

𐙚Islam is firm belief or faith arising out of knowledge and conviction.

1- Prophet Nuh (Surah as-Saffat 37:79)

ʚɞ Da`wah to His ummah and doing good for 900 years.

ʚɞ Making ark and giving da`wah almost everyday, everytime.

ʚɞ Lillahi Ta`ala

2- Prophet Ibrahim (Surah as-Saffat 37:105/109)

ʚɞ Destroying the idols, rebuked his father, Azar until he was expelled.

ʚɞ Threatened with the punishment of being burned alive, but He remained courageous.

ʚɞ Lillahi Ta`ala

3- Prophet Yusuf (Surah Yusuf 12:22)

( وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ )

"And when he reached maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. And thus do We reward the doers of good (Muhsin)."

𐙚 Disbeliever are not called Ihsan if they do good, but they are called Itqan (often do good).

𐙚 Islam comes first before Iman and Ihsan.

Belief in Rasul wa Anbiya' , Hereafter , and Qada' wa Qadar.

1. Belief in Rasul wa Anbiya'

🐾 We are obliged to believe in this fourth pillar of faith.

🐾 Allah sent the messengers to humanity so that we may believe in Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

🐾 They convey Tawhid without any alteration.

🐾 All prophets and messengers carry the same Tawhid.

🐾 They serve as good examples for mankind.

🐾 Disbelieving in one messenger means disbelieving in all messengers.

🐾 They bring one message, preach one religion, and the One who sent them is only One, which is Allah SWT.

2. Belief in Hereafter

☁️ It is obligatory to believe, and those who do not believe are considered disbelievers.

☁️ It enhances the desire and excitement to meet Allah.

☁️ It increases the sense of piety (taqwa)

☁️ Be an inspiration to Muslims

☁️ Become more patient with the tests faced

☁️ Can get closer to Allah

3. Belief in Qada' wa Qadar

♡ Allah knows about everything

♡ Everything is written

♡ Happened by God's will

♡ We will believe more in God's creation

♡ Get peace of mind and soul

♡ Given strength

♡ Can guide us closer to God

♡ Away from bad things

♡ Improve good practices

𐙚 These beliefs help Muslims live with greater peace of mind, strive to do their best, and accept all that happens with patience and gratitude.

𐙚 We have to pray to Allah to save us from the Day of Resurrection.

Adab is manners, ethics, or good behavior in social interactions and daily life.

1. Adab to Parents :

☁️ Do not use bad language

☁️ Respect and speak well

☁️ Always help them

☁️ Pray for Them

☁️ Maintain their Good Name

☁️ Humble

☁️ Maintain good manners even if your parents are not good or are harsh.

𐙚 exp : the story of Prophet Ibrahim and his father, Azar in surah Maryam ayah 41-45

• Ibrahim's affection for his father is shown through calling him with gentle titles (يَـٰٓأَبَتِ), even though his father worships idols, is a disbeliever, and has driven him away.

2. Adab with Friend :

♡ Helping each other

♡ With cheerful faces

♡ Forgiving one another

♡ Not mocking or teasing

♡ Not causing harm

𐙚 Be friends with those who bring you closer to Allah and Jannah.

𐙚 The difference between adab and akhlak is that adab refers more to the way of behaving in social interactions, while akhlak pertains to the moral values that underlie those actions.

1- Niyyah is the purpose behind an action, determining its sincerity and reward in Islam.

2- Amal means action or deed.

3- Ihsan is worshipping Allah as if you see Him and always striving for excellence in actions and character.

1- Salah ; The first thing that will be asked on the Day of Judgment.

; Surah Al-Ankabut, Ayah 45:

"Recite what has been revealed to you of the Book and establish prayer. Indeed, prayer prevents immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows what you do."

2- Sawm ; Fasting helps us to be more taqwa and gratefull.

; Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 183:

"O you who have believed, fasting has been prescribed upon you as it was prescribed upon those before you so that you may attain Taqwa (piety)."

3- Zakat ; Muslims give a portion of their wealth (2.5% of savings) to help the poor and needy.

4- Hajj ; Disciplines believers to follow Allah's commandments and abstain from prohibited act.

; Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 167:

"And when the sight of the Fire appears to them, they will wish that they could return to the world and not deny the signs of their Lord, but their wish will not be granted."

1) Khusyu' is deep humility and focus in worship, being fully attentive and submissive to Allah.

2) Taharah : the body, the clothing and the place in which prayer is offered.

3) How to achieve khusyu' ?

-prepare mentall and phisically

-understand the meaning of recitation

-choose a quiet and clean place for salah

-avoid distractions

-visualize standing before Allah. IHSAN

4) Effects of Khusyu' in Daily Life And Hereafter :

-increase mindfulness and discipline

-strengthens connections with Allah

-promotes inner peace and reduces stress

-rewards in the Hereafter. Acceptance of prayers and closeness to Allah

1) Tā'ah (طاعة)

2) Jihad (جهاد)

3) Tawadu' (تواضع)

4) Muhasabah(محاسبة)

5) Iffah (عفّه)

Prayer without khusyu' is valid.

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 183:

"O you who have believed, fasting has been prescribed upon you as it was prescribed upon those before you so that you may attain Taqwa (piety)."

1. Taqwa (Piety): Strengthens faith and self-discipline

2. Forgiveness: Sins are forgiven for sincere fasting

3. Multiplication of Rewards: Every good deed is greatly rewarded.

4. Self-control: Teaches patience, gratitude, and discipline.

5. Special Reward: Allah promises a unique reward for fasting

6. Entry to Jannah: Fasters enter through Ar-Rayyan, a special gate in Paradise.

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 277 :

"Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds, establish prayer, and give zakah will have their reward with their Lord, and there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve."

-Zakah is compulsory act of Ibadah, meanwhile Sadaqah is recommended act of Ibadah.

Observing Zakah is essential for a harmonious and righteous Muslim community.
