Jihye Moon (2028916)

1.Simplicity in Outfits: Although individual tastes differ, the Sunnah upholds the values of modesty and simplicity in clothing. This teaches Muslims to prioritise decency and respect over excess and to be aware of how their clothing affects both them and other people. It doesn't force people to wear a certain way; instead, it helps them cover in a way that suits them and their ideals. This practice cultivates a feeling of self-worth that is independent of appearances and promotes inner dignity.

2.Mindfulness in Eating: The Sunnah encourages mindful eating, emphasizing intention and respect for food as a blessing. This is more than just good manners; it promotes moderation and thankfulness for food. It is demonstrated by customs such as eating with the right hand, saying "Bismillah" before meals, and not wasting anything. By encouraging a balanced relationship with food, this mindful approach enhances our bodily and spiritual well-being.
