The Shah Mosque was finished in 1630 and is located on the south side of Naqsh-e Jahan Square in Esfahan in the province of Isfahan, Iran. The construction began in 1611 during the Safavid Empire which was under the order of Abbas the Great.

It has been celebrated for over 3,000 years! Also Muslims celebrate another major event being Eid Fitr, which follows the ending of Ramadan meaning no more fasting.
