First day at work. My work began at 8.30 a.m. until 5.30 a.m.

So here, I wrote all the activities that I have done for today...

1) At 8:30 a.m, I need to make a self - report to the supervisors in the industry

2) The supervisor describes the scope of my work, which is I need to help an accounts clerk and do admin’s work.

3) In the morning session from 9 a.m - 1 p.m. I need to study the company's invoice file. I have to be familiar with the invoice’s format and the customers.

4) In the afternoon session at 2 p.m.- 5.30 p.m., I need to learn how to buy the company's inventory which is paper. I have to get acquainted first with paper suppliers and types of paper.

5) 5:30 p.m. yeahh.. !! I am done for today !

So this is picture one of my task, recognize types of paper... ^-^ too much paper need to recognize..

Hye!! Sorry for the late update 🙏

Today I wanna share my second day at workplace. Last time I'm telling you guys that I need to study about invoice, supplier and recognize paper. Right?😎

So..back to my story, I am still do the same thing for the next day. Study..study..and study.. yeayhh because you will never remember if you just study once..you must repeat, repeat and repeat to ensure that you are totally remembered guys !

But today is a bit different..guess what?? 😋😋

Hahaha.. Actually today my supervisor teaching me.. oh yeahh it was super duper cool !! I learn so many things from her. REPEATED . SO MANY THINGS. I am so excited to share it with you guys .. 😍😍

What is it actually?? 🙈

So basically it is just a simple thing ..😓
But who cares ?? 😝😝 I still want to share it..hahaha...Do you know manila card ?? 🙋

Actually manila card has a name and class..!! Okay ..what is the name ?

It is called 6 sheet card. My supervisor told me when you want to order manila card please take note that you used the right name..This is because manila card has different class...

DIFFERENCES of "Manila card"
1) 6 sheet Card (Manila card that we commonly used) -Thick

2) 4 Sheet Card - Standard Thick

3) 2 Sheet Card - Not So Thick

Hello.
Today I just do my daily work which is study ~~
But it is different from the other day because my studies on Invoice, supplier and recognizing paper all I had done.
.
So,I move one step forward.
Today, I had learned two things.
First, I am study Delivery Order file. I need to know what is customers often order. Besides that, I need to be familiar with all the things that customers order.

Secondly, I learned about the production's process from my supervisor.
It is quite interesting because from that I know the work's flow.
Now, I know what is my position's work flow. My position is on top work's flow which is I dealing with management. I had to handle my works first and then only all the subordinates have things to do.

Today, I just did my routine work like yesterday, which is to study the files.

After the lunch hour, my supervisor asked me to join her ordering paper for production. I am so excited to learn a new thing. I am so glad today, because I have learned so many things from her. The most important is, now I know the process and steps of ordering paper.

My supervisor had taught me how to calculate paper. We must do some calculation before we order paper. It is important to learn so that we did not order goods in excess. It will cause wastage and indirectly it will boost the cost. The calculations will help us to order paper in a reasonable amount.

Today is Wednesday. I do my work as usual until my supervisor called me. She asked me to learn how to use E- perolehan.

E- perolehan is a government official system that we use to get the order from government's customer. In a simple word government sector customers will send their order through this system. We must check it frequently and whenever we have time to do so. So, I must study how to use these systems from my supervisor. She said, once I expert used this system, she will let me handle it all by myself.

Today, I was working as usual after the public holiday yesterday. My task for today is learning how to make a docket. The docket is a summary of a message or statement, recorded, usually chronologically in a register and given a serial number (called docket number) for reference. In our company we used winmysqladmin system to register our docket. After I learned, my supervisor asked me to do docket by myself. After registering docket I must print out for two sheets. One sheet is for production worker and one for office copy. Lastly, I need to record the serial number and some details into excel. It's just for our reference.

Telephonist.
Today my job is different from the other day. My supervisor asked me to answer the phone call. It is because the company does not have any worker on that job. So, as long as I was there, I will take over that job. The reason I had to be telephonist is because the telephone was located in front of me.
It was the awkward moment for the first timer like me, especially when I'm trying to understand the customer order. For example, when they asked about the price. I'm totally blank and finally pass it to my supervisor.
