I agree with this, many students, especially ones studying for DSE, a academic qualification offered by Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, attend to these centers everyday to improve their scores and let the tutor do the teaching.

As I live in Kowloon, I disagree with this. The main reason for citizens in kowloon building similar structures to Hong Kong island is because they want to have a self sustaining island without always going to the other island. Also due the fact that it is time ticking to cross the harbour, citizens want these entertainments to be closer to their residential area.

Nowadays, mainlanders are classified as guests, as they are the richest in the market. In the other hand, HongKongers, speaking cantonese, are ignored by shopkeepers, as most of them cannot afford much accessories.
