Dear Ms. Sarmiento,

I thank you for being like my 2nd Mom.

When I got COVID, I was really nervous because I knew I would miss a lot in school. From assessments, to in class discussions.

But you were very understanding, and it made me feel more calm.

When I returned back to online class, I remember you always telling me to take it slow, since I still had covid at that time.

You were able to tell me the assessments that I missed out on.

And in math, when I would have a hard time answering an assessment, you would help me understand it. After that, you would also ask me how I'm doing and how many days left before I would complete my isolation!

Those small chats really made me feel happy. :D

I also thank you for giving advise to me and fellow class officers.

Dear Mrs. Sarmiento, although I cannot express all of my gratitude with only this letter, just like the others, thank you po, for being like a 2nd mother figure in school. When I finally turned Grade 5 before, I thought I wouldn't make new friends, and I thought I would just keep talking and interacting with my friends from the last grade, or Grade 4. But that thought disappeared because you were very patient with all of us. You were a patient and loving Class Advisor, Math Teacher, and 2nd mother figure to us. Thank you po for helping me slowly open up to others. We had many happy and funny moments with you, and I will always treasure these memories. Hopefully you will still recognize me if ever we are passing by each other po in the hallways once F2F classes come in the future hahaha. Thank you for teaching us this year. SS wasn't easy, but you always tried to help us, making us useful documents, always in the breakout room ready to help us.

Even though you probably have a lot of work from managing other classes, you still always greet us friendlily and put good effort in helping us. I admire that.

It wasn't always fun, but you helped us get through it. Thank you for helping us become more aware of Philippines history, thank you for teaching us.

Magandang umaga po sir! Salamat po upang tinuturo tayo sa taon na ito. Maraming natuto ko sa klase mo at kahit mahirap ang Filipino, nagsaya ako. Nag-enjoy ko ng mga check-ins mo, ang wikang filipino na tugtog tumugtog mo, at ang "style" (tamang salita ba yon?) na tinuturo mo.

Ang mga dokumento at klase mo ay maging gawa ng paksa na malinaw kagaya ng salamin. Pero, may oras na hindi ko maintindihan ng bidyo o may clarification ako sa aralin o gawain, kaya salamat po sa response ng aking mensahe.

Thank you sir for teaching us music! I very much enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the class and how you make the class enjoyable. Hi miss, thank you for teaching us math. Thank you for helping me during consultations when I didn't understand the problem or the concept. The examples helped me a lot and I enjoyed your class. Some topics weren't easy for some of us, but you always helped us. I also enjoyed the atmosphere in class.

I made a little poster thing as a thanks, it quite obviously states. And I've included a question (down below, the photo is apart of it) since you said that geometry is your favourite topic! Thank you for helping me this year and I was able to make this question because you taught me how to solve these kinds of questions. I would make more questions, but it's quite late as I type this. Thank you for teaching us miss :D

Thank you sir for teaching us P.E. and in the process providing us different exercises to improve ourselves even if we can't go outside. Even if I don't like exercise, the activities makes it a little less monotonous and I actually get to move about and stay healthy during your class.
