         <description><![CDATA[<div>End of the quarter reflections. How to get quality reflections? Are there great question prompts? How to make more meaningful?<br><br>Case based projects promote deeper reflection. What would you do? What would you do differently?<br><br>Real world cases - how does it relate to the student?<br><br>What worked well, what didn't?<br><br>Beginning of class introduce learning objectives and ask at the end of the course if they felt those were achieved? what was missing? Tie it back and think about where they need more. Where did they get a strong foundation.<br>(this could be under evaluation, too.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
