Muslims have many different beliefs and practices sucha s the five pillars. The five pillars are faith, prayer, alms, fasting and pilgrimage. I know that all arabs are not muslims because to be muslim you do not have to have a certain ethnicity or culture. The Muslim Empire was ruled by many different dynasties like the Umayyad Dynasty and the Abbasid Dynasty. After Muhammad died people from the religion starting arguing on who should be the next successor. This separated them into two groups the sunni and shia. I know that the Arab World and the Middle East are not the same thing. The MIddle East is a geopolitical term from the British Empire at the end of WWII when they wanted to separated that area from africa, japan, etc. Most native people from the Middle East won't associate their home as that.
