An example would be a manager is trying to manage the crew by telling them what they shouldn’t be doing and what is expected of them and one of the crew members is upset because they felt it directed toward them. They grab there phone and record the manager doing nothing. Another example would be crew members are on the phone when they should be working, managers can’t take a crew members belongings so it’s difficult to control.
