What is being expressed is the goddess of healing and that she is on the lotal and in the water because she is the goddess of the water too and she uses her lotus petals to take souls that are lost and bring them to heaven. The mood is very peaceful because they drew her with calm colors and made her look happy because she is smiling and looks like she is meditating.
