every student in high school has been given students the option to drop out it helps the children taking pressure away making they know that if they can't do it, they will always have the option to quit but does it really helps?

my answer is yes for a few reason that go from it making students fell that they can always quit and it teach us that we will always be able to quit no matter what it is or how important it is, they also give you options you can try before doing that

should students have the option to quit? yes, it gives them freedom and makes them able to make decision on their own has long has they have the necessary education i personally say after middle school

We disagree to an extent, because although young children indeed have the right of freedom and the right to choose their future path, they should be able to understand certain criteria and the basics before the official choice of dropping out. They must understand the consequences of this impactful choice and how effective it structures their future and learning.

Dropping out of school should be supported heavily. Students should have the right to make their own decisions for their future and make the decision to drop out if they see fit so long as they reach a level of competency proving they have the maturity and education to make that decision. Student should not be forced into a singular path but instead make personal decisions that make sense for them. This would give the opportunity for people to be successful regardless of their future plans. If a student has consistently shown they are mature and have a clear future plan, they would have then proven themselves responsible enough to make the best decision for their life.

The entire concept of dropping out of school defers when it comes to both me and my partner. We agree that people should have the choice to make their own decisions and find their paths but at the time attending school provides certain learning necessity's that are important in our day-to-day society. While keeping that in mind, there more negative aspects than positive ones when it comes to attending school. We have to consider certain aspects like distance, mental health, social lives when added up these aspects are far worse than just dropping out. But then there's also the future aspects of having no high school diploma which further impacts that student. I think the drop out option should be supported but definitely at a certain age. The age we have set now isn't terrible, but I think people should be informed and educated on the consequences of dropping out as well what options they can access after dropping out.
