A: Be sure you have clicked on everything above any grayed-out links in the Orientation Steps.  If it has an asterisk (*) next to it, iLearn does not consider the Step complete, and clicking on it should fix that.

A:  Yes, you do need to cite the textbook in APA Style if you paraphrase or quote info. from it.
