Questionnaire name: Stress Level Test (Self-Assessment), location:https://www.psycom.net/stress-test.
The test consists of eight questions and measures the stress level on a scale of 5 (Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Often, Very Often). The purpose of the test is to measure how high the respondent’s stress level is. The questions relate to everyday life and include the questions that are most common to people experiencing stress.
The result shows that the responses do not indicate symptoms such as people with high stress. Although I am a temperamental person, I cannot say that I am stressed. Of course, a lot of things get upset, I can be aggressive while driving, for example, but as soon as I get angry, I also calm down. Tennis is best for me to relieve everyday stress.

Questionnaire name: Self-Care Questionnaire, location: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/581a52ff414fb5c2f581b403/t/59d6c0bfd7bdce90d546a3c3/1507246271211/Self-Care+Questionnaire.pdf
The test consists of four parts and each part contains ten questions (physical well-being, mental / emotional / spiritual well-being, professional life / work / career and social life / family / relationship). Answers should be ranked on a scale of 5 and the answers have a score (0 - Never 1 - Rarely 2 - Sometimes 3 - Often 4 - Regularly 5 - Always).
The questionnaire helps the respondent to show which area of life requires more time and attention. Research shows that people are more creative, happier and more successful who spend enough time and do well in many areas of life. The maximum score on the questionnaire is 200. The higher the score achieved, the better it shows an individual’s balance in life. My score is 152. The two areas with the lowest scores are physical well-being and professional life / career. My significant shortcoming in the field of physical well-being is that I don’t drink enough water and sleep very little, of which I am aware. In the field of professional life / career, my score is low because I am not currently working according to my ability and education.

People respond differently to stress (Sarafino & Smith, 2017). Short-term, sudden stress can tense muscles, cause headaches, increase heart rate and blood pressure, and weaken the immune system. Prolonged persistence of stress causes chronic muscle tension in the shoulder, neck and head area, low back and limb pain, migraine headaches (American Psychological Association, 2018). In addition, chronic heart disease and cardiovascular disease can be caused by prolonged stress. Students are exposed to a number of risk factors that cause stress and increase the risk of illness. Such factors include the financial burden, the new social situation to which they have to adapt, the abandonment of family and friends and integration into the new environment, as well as higher school expectations and the responsibility to show good results.

In his study, Shi (2021) states that depression is very common in students and more severe in sophomores. University students are faced with a myriad of new things that can cause anxiety. In their article Cause of Stress in College Students Guide (2021), they analyze how students live away from home, among strangers, often for the first time in their lives. The main concern is about academic performance, but it is also stressed by the high cost of school and school life, as well as the fact that coexistence in college can cause conflicts (Cause of Stress in College Students Guide, 2021). The article highlights the change in social relationships with parents, for example, but also in romantic and friend relationships (Cause of Stress in College Students Guide, 2021). New friendships are being formed at the university to help overcome stress, and the importance of social relationships should be emphasized. Universities provide students with opportunities for sports as well as healthy eating. Also, most universities have religious communities and opportunities to practice the faith. Online students face mainly financial problems, as well as the fact that these students tend to study at university while working and in many cases have families, which makes it difficult to schedule and concentrate on learning.

According to Sarafino and Smith (2017), the main help in overcoming stress is social support. Such groups can be social, religious, self-help groups, which have the advantage that these groups are made up of individuals with similar problems. There are many types of self-help groups that focus on a kind of problem, so they can provide more effective help to group members (Sarafino & Smith, 2017). One of the most important sources of help is family and immediate friends who have a direct insight into the life of the stressed individual. According to Sarafino and Smith (2017), although men have a broader social network, women use their narrower social network more effectively. Older people have fewer opportunities as they do not have an extensive social environment. In addition, the difference in support between lower and higher social classes should be mentioned. Another effective source of help is religious affiliation, which is a strong cohesive and supportive system. And finally, professional help can be an option once all other options have failed. Many people get to the point that natural resources no longer provide enough help. Such a specialist is a consultant, psychologist, medical doctor, social worker.

The quality of the relationship between the counselor and the client can affect the effectiveness of the work. For a person with a mental disorder, a relationship of trust to the helper is important, as people are reluctant to tell a stranger about their personal problem. A well-functioning counselor is able to build a bridge of trust with empathy, professionalism and attention. It can also be helpful for the patient if the helper has already had personal experience in a similar matter, so that the helper has greater competence in the eyes of the client. In addition, the personality of the helper is also important to be able to inspire confidence in the patient, as stress puts long-term pressure on patients, and healing it is also a process where the patient-helper relationship is built on a trust base.
