Great job on your Padlet! I like how you included inspirational quotes. I agree with Lauren's comments about adding a slide with the book you reviewed. The list Dr. Shipley provided had several books that looked very interesting. I am sure we all read a variety and adding it to our padlet would allow the rest of us to read to reviews. I, like Lauren, also like how you included examples of real leaders when describing the different philosophies. Again, good job!

Your padlet is very informative and full of great, useful resources. Your use of videos and pictures makes your padlet easier to browse. One thing that I loved about your padlet was the addition of notable leaders of different leadership styles. It helps to better understand the specific leadership style when I am able to correlate those styes with famous leader. Emotional intelligence is also a very important part of leadership and I appreciate your addition of this information. Great choice of videos as well. Overall, great job on your padlet. I enjoyed looking it over and gathering more information about the information we learned during this course.

I especially enjoyed that you listed specific leaders in particular categories - I think this is super helpful to making the connection for students who may be looking into leadership theories. I also added TEDtalk videos to my padlet, which I feel adds to the dynamic presentation of the overall padlet flow. After reviewing your's I think I will also add a book reading list so that I have a collection of suggestions from our classmates. I am curious if you were able to include the book you selected for our book review assignment as one of your tiles - I think this could also add to the comprehensiveness of your padlet.
