q2: Bulgogi is a classic dish is Korea, thinly sliced beef with a sweet, savory, and smokey flavor. This is a common dish in Korea, so Mcdonald's turned it into a burger! 
q3: There are not many cultural or religious differences that alter the menus in Korea. But Mcdonald's has more options in terms of sides, and special menus like the bulgogi burger. With bigger collections of side menus they make it accessible for what's popular there.

Q2) The main ingredient, bulgogi, is common in South Korea, and is commonly seen in Korean BBQ. It is a menu item created specifically for the region (Korea)
Q3) South Korea is mainly nonreligious, with Christianity and Buddhism as the 2 main religions. These religions don't have strict guidelines on food, so McDonald's offers all of their menu items.

1: Pineapple Pie--It's a pie that has a pineapple stuffing that has a lot of running filling.
2:  It is a very popular dessert in China. Many Americans aren't familiar with such a dessert and many reviewed as strange. However, it's a norm in China.
3: The majority of Chinese people dislike oily foods, and pineapple pie's not like the usual McDonald's crispy, fried foods. There aren't any religious reasons.
