When she later becomes the Queen of Israel, she is unable to give up her heritage and her beliefs to fit those of her people, who become annoyed with her behavior.  As she betrays her people, Elijah, a Jewish prophet gives a prophecy that her land will suffer a serious drought. Following this prophecy, famine and drought spread across her land.

He expresses how he will only believe it to be true if he sees Jesus for himself. When he finally does encounter Jesus, he believes, as he touches the deep wounds he has suffered. Jesus then says how it is good that he now believes, but how there is a great power that comes from believing without seeing.

This story alludes to the strength that comes from believing in something you dont know for certain is true.
