To summarize this case There were two boys who were accused of murdering one of the boys family's in the United States. The U.S wanted to have the boys extradited which is a violation of their mobility rights however is deemed a reasonable violation. In addition to this if the boys were found guilty they would receive the death penalty which could be viewed as cruel and unusual punishment.
