To fulfil the requirement as customer service executive, I also took several elective courses which are Statistics, Entrepreneurship, French and Japanese. All of these have provided me with a sound knowledge into communication, marketing and social skills.</div><div><br>&nbsp;I have been working part-time as a sales associate at Milano and Lacoste in Penang. As a sales associate, I deal with customers and merchandise such as promoting or recommending certain items, folding and organizing clothes, displaying products fashionably, and maintaining inventory as well as interpersonal skills, fashion sense and selling techniques. This work experience gave me to enhanced my communication and marketing skills. In addition, it also enabled me to be patient and good negotiation.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Moreover, my involvement as a volunteer in SEATRU program have enabled me to enhanced my interpersonal skills. This program also gave me a chance to develop my social skill with local and foreigner.
