1.) Name different groups you feel you belong to (e.g. family, university, country, football club). Identify different cultural requirements (What has to be done or said? What is important in different groups?)

2.) Think of moments when you experienced interculturality. What happend? What did you feel? What did you do? What proofed helpfull?

3.) Reflect on different parts of the kick-off meeting (Presentation round, choice of cities, distribution of jobs and roles within the group). How did you experience them?

4.) What is important for positive virtual team culture?
