When she came home, her blood sugar was really low, so she shot herself with the insulin, and was drinking coffee to raise her blood sugar She was also going to take her pills with the coffee. Her blood sugar was so low that she passed out and fell onto the table, causing her to hit her head on it. She was also throwing up blood of her low blood sugar. The sweater is explained by the fact that if you get sunburned while diabetic, it raises your blood sugar. There was a diabetic injector (insulin) at the scene, and the pills were Tylenol which with an overdose can cause a very serious liver disease explaining the vomit. The drink was apple juice which you are not supposed to have while having high blood sugar for it contains lots of sugar.
