         <description><![CDATA[<div>This guest lecture was delivered by Sylwia Wodyk. She shared her personal experience in this lecture and also told us to what to expect on our Master degree. She said that master programme will keep you busy and you will have to motivate yourself and try to make new friends to feel happier. The lecture was useful because she provided knowledge about our assessment and also told us that how many credit scores we need and she said must engage with your tutors. The lecture was valuable because we learn note making skill also which will help me in my future as well. I will try to implement her ideas about note making and other things in my study. At last, She also added dance video to make her lecture more interesting. Overall this lecture was informative.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This lecture was given by Dr Nataliya Shiraz. In this lecture she explained almost everything about academic integrity. She said that at university level it require to give credit to the person whose ideas we have used. If we do not do this then it would be considered as plagiarism. Plagiarism is when we use another person’s thoughts and words as our own. Moreover, She also gave knowledge about different forms of academic misconduct. In this she explained about Plagiarism, Collusion, Falsification and Ghosting. She also make us aware about the hidden text by giving some examples. She also did reflection on different types of academic misconduct by explaining 4 case studies. Apart from this, She also told us some strategies for receiving support and have one-to-one tutorials with London met library team. In summary, the lecture was very informative and useful and I tried to keep all the things in my mind while making my research report and annotated bibliography which helped me to get good grades.<br><br></div>]]></description>

She explained the definition of secondary data that it refers to the analysis of existing data collected by others. The told us about the differences between primary and Secondary data as well as quantitative and qualitative data by giving some examples. Moreover, She gave us knowledge about the types of secondary data such as Government reports, White papers, annual corporate reports etcetera. She explained us about from where we can get secondary data and three steps to evaluate it which are outline the purpose, represent data and describe and analyse by linking to your research. This lecture was valuable for me because it helps me in my research report and presentation to analyze my secondary data in a better way .Overall, this lecture was very knowledgeable.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
