-One thing that Sir Alien do to take care his mental health is hear some clasic music.
-He loves look at the nature, because it is very relaxing
-He likes to search for new types of plants because this relaxed his mind.
-Another thing to take care his mental health,  he reads some poetry in the mornings
Pyshical Health
-To take care his physical health, Sir Alien do yoga all the nights.
-He runs for 1 hour every morning in order to take care body resistance.
-He swims in a really cold pool for helping his articulations.
