MIA
- "Increasingly numerous and prosperous elite of wealthy commoners" is one cause (Britannica, 2019, parr. 2. https://www.britannica.com/event/French-Revolution) . This made not only french peoples but Europeans wanting more power.
- The enlightenment ideas and philosophers influenced government. By this the country wanted the division of powers, etc.
- Louis XV and XVI failed in financial progress. By this everyone was anti-monarchist so it was difficult to monarchs to stop the population.
- "French ministers (...) proposed revisions to the French tax system so as to include the nobles as taxpayers" was one of the last politic cause (Anirudh, 2018, parr. 9. https://www.learnodo-newtonic.com/french-revolution-causes). In consequence, nobility was afraid of paying so they were in charge that no reform will make them pay.

ISABELLA
- The economic condition of France became poor due to the foreign wars of Louis XIV. People was having a big trouble with money and food, so they decided to fight the problem by fighting the king.
- The Finance Minister, Turgeot, tried to minimise the expenditure of the royal court, but the king dismissed him. So the peasants probably thought that the King only was thinking about his own good.
- Callone (another Fiance Minester) proposed to impose taxes on all the classes. But he was also dismissed by the king.
- The French government kept spending more money than it was receiving by taxes. The
- Taxes were high and so were prices, but the wages were low. People wanted equality in that aspect.

XIMENA
-France had had several wars between Church and Protestant groups for many years. There were still some protestant groups within France. With this I can infer that if the Protestant group was not happy with the society and the government, and they were even more disagreement for the Church.
-The Enlightenment era brought the idea that church was not in touch with god and church should be separated from government. I think people started to get mad at church and the government for lying to them and church that was very powerful could impose any law they wanted and they got tired of having to obey something that was lying to them.
-Church had a lot of power across Europe and not just in the religious area. Church started to abuse of the power it had and started to do some things that only benefited them.
-Church had a lot of economical and political privileges in France. I think people got tired of having to pay a lot of taxes when church that had a lot of money did not pay anything at all, maybe they though that as they had a lot of political power, church was the one that decided they payed no taxes.

MARIELA
- France had been trying and wanted to expand its territory trough many wars and had been using the military for that
- The American revolution had just been and had involved a war that later on led to many people to believe they could have one too, and also the french army was weaker
- The third state was really angry already and wanted to start a revolution, that is why they joined with some soldiers to storm the Bastille prison which was a big house of weapons and a symbol of royal power.
- When the peasants and the burgeoise started attacking the bastille prison and castles and the nobility, a part of the military also joined them and helped them as they did not support the nobles either.
