Another potential is that it could eventually lower prices for gas and fuel and there would be an economic growth. So chager started to help out the communinty by starting this group they raised money to go on trips and for basketball tournemnts, but charger saw this pipline protest and turned more political and joined the protest. Some good opportunities for using social media as a platform to take action is that it is a more cheap and effective way to raise awerness and its also way faster to communicate online with everyone. Some challenges when using social media is that your social media accounts are public so you may recieve negative feedback from others. Their water sources could get contiminated because i read that the reason they  switched routes is because they didnt want to poetentially contiminate the capitols drinking water. If they thought that the capitols water could poetentially get contiminated then that means they dont trust the piplines 100 percent cause they feel like they could break or burst at anytime. They rather put the tribe in harm rather than the capitol which makes no sense to me because they should have the same feelings toward the tribes like they do the capitol. My second reasoning is that the piplines are being built on sacred land and i just don't agree with that at all. I read in a article that the piplines have already been damaging sacred spots and has also been damaging significant cultural areas. My last and final reason for why i think the piplines are a bad idea is because it will make climate change worse. It will worsen climate change by pumping oil and other things into the daily markets. The article i read says,"The extracted oil, once processed, transported, and burned, would release 101.4 million metric tons of CO2 each year."
