         <description><![CDATA[<div>Short class periods always seem to be a barrier, especially when a lesson or activity requires more than the recommended time allotted.  There are times that I want to go through more than one activity to help enrich the lesson, but time doesn't allow it.</div>]]></description>

I don't always give the cool downs, but I realize the importance of how they can give me instant feedback of when students should be able to truly understand the material being taught. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I appreciate everything you have done to help us successfully implement the IM curriculum.  Regardless of how may PD sessions I have been through with regards to IM, it is always helpful to have small amounts of time focused on different specific items we can use in order to successfully implement the curriculum and help our students learn.</div>]]></description>
