The plan is to focus on Levis and their claims surrounding CSR with denim dye pollution and their claims towards protection to manufacturing areas being polluted and how this impacts the lives of locals in these areas.

I am aware that Levis already has initiatives that strive towards circular and safer practices so is this not a wise idea as it is not a 'terrible' company?

I can recognise that the brand does have areas to improve upon, but I am unsure if i should pick a brand that doesn't necessarily already make many attempts be more sustainably conscious.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

JL. The company has a lot of criticism on social media platforms about how they copy designs from smaller brands as well as people finding SHEIN labels on their clothing after paying £100+ for items. So I wanted to look at ethics and the company's quality for consumers but there are limited articles on these issues. I also don't want to have to reference too many social media pages as I know they aren't academic resources. Do you think I would still be able to use the brand despite the smaller number of articles?

Then the transformational plan is more creative, and in a different tone as we are talking to our internal team? I am worried I am over complicating the strategy. I’ve created a hybrid mix of two leadership models and how they can be implemented. However my social issue is greenwashing and my objectives are focusing on improving the brands transparency. So am I right to think that the timeline/plan with my hybrid strategy should be focused on how their transparency can be improved? As I fear I’m over complicating it and making it broad with sustainability and involving product innovation and circular economy, etc. Where as my main solution for targeting the social issue of greenwashing is transparency so I should only be focusing on how this can be implemented through my strategy?

When im proposing a new leadership strategy for LO4, is it a completely new one I have come up with or a different strategy from the one my company already use?

I've looked at the past student examples and they have made their own.

My issue I'm tackling is labour exploitation & to do so I have made a framework called FAIR (Fair Labour Practices, Accountability, Inclusive Decision making, Respect) would this work? I have taken inspiration from the Sustainability Compass Framework and am I to mention that? Also, in LO1&2 I stated that I recommended my company to move to a servant leadership style, where does that come into L04?
