There must be a coordination between the professionals of each academic year to distribute the necessary daily duties and not overload the students and families.<br><br></div><div>3. In this world so audiovisual, it is important to take care of aesthetics, both in texts and in virtual classes.<br><br></div><div>4. Design a program, it is essential to establish schedules to give classes, tutorials, corrections and exams.</div><div><br></div><div>5. Avoid the digital gap, this is not only marked by access to devices and connectivity, but also by access to additional resources that allow us to use new technologies correctly.<br><br></div><div>6. Create a suitable and attractive environment to motivate students to want to learn.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Opportunities of Blended Learning </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In a 2012 study, Manjot Kaur listed the opportunities teachers and students can experience through the Blended Learning Modality. Let us take a look at them:<br><br><em>1. It represents a switch from passive learning to </em><strong><em><mark>active learning</mark></em></strong><em>. This involves putting learners in situations which compel them to </em><strong><em><mark>read, speak, listen </mark></em></strong><em>and</em><strong><em><mark> think</mark></em></strong><em><mark>. <br></mark></em><em><br>2. It offers learners the opportunity to be either </em><strong><em><mark>together</mark></em></strong><em> or </em><strong><em><mark>apart</mark></em></strong><em>. A blended delivery system allows students to learn and access material in a variety of modes—an important feature since students often have very different learning styles. In fact, research indicates that blended learning increases students’ chances of meeting course outcomes compared with fully online and even fully face-to-face courses. <br><br>3. The model offers students the best of both worlds because instructors and students have greater </em><strong><em><mark>flexibility</mark></em></strong><em> and <br></em><strong><em><mark>accessibility</mark></em></strong><em> without sacrificing face-to-face contact, which is necessary to add a </em><strong><em><mark>human touch,</mark></em></strong><em>thus creating high level of interest, accountability and real assessment. A blended learning approach is an effective and low-risk strategy aimed at meeting the challenge of the transformational changes. (Hancock &amp; Wong, 2012) </em></div>]]></description>
