         <description><![CDATA[<p>Her philosophy towards teaching changed throughout the years, she uses her favorite subject (reading) to help build her classroom. Mrs. Painter thought it would be more arts and crafts and less monitoring. "Gen ed is more scripted and less creative where S.P.E.D is more recreating. It doesn't follow a one fits all curriculum."  </p>]]></description>
