         <description><![CDATA[<div>To avoid the hazard and limitations of laboratory tools, students can do experiment through an online virtual laboratory. The website that has mitosis experiments is Labster which provides a virtual lab with total suggestion time of experiment and procedure steps. Through Labster, students can repeat the experiment as much as they want in order to understand and memorize the steps of mitosis as they can see all mitosis stages during the virtual experiments. Virtual lab like Labster help students to explore experiments anytime without going to the lab physically

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In a flipped classroom, the teacher can give a link to the Khan Academy website for students to access before the class starts. Khan Academy contains online resources such as articles and online notes that also include the diagram for students to gain information about the topic, which is mitosis. Khan Academy also provides explanation videos about mitosis and short quiz to test students’ understanding.

After students explore the resources from Khan Academy, they willl get a brief information about mitosis even without explanation from the teacher. Students know what they would learn during the class and able to understand mitosis topic much more better.
