         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many of my students struggle with following directions, or having the attention to watch a demonstration. Because of this, students are sometimes confused on what is being asked of them.  I also have a lot of ESL students, who need visuals and practice in writing. Writing the directions down on an index card is going to be extremely useful for the class. This will help remembering the steps for the following week's project as well. It will also help with the whole table. I will have at least one student write the steps/directions down on the index card and it will be available for all at the table to view. - McQuillen</div>]]></description>
