There is no one in the world who does not want to win better lives with good health and wealth. Having a positive outlook might be one of the reasons for individual success in mental and physical health, personality, relationship and level of energy to overcome some challenges in lives.

A positive outlook is known to be linked with the feeling of happiness. As we know happiness is a state of mind, a positive outlook makes us feel stronger in our emotion. With a positive outlook, we will be in harmony and feel happy in our lives, and we can be happy right now in any situations we are in. Moreover, people who have positive outlooks are healthier. There are medical journals saying that those with a positive outlook generally live longer and better because they focus on taking care of themselves and stay involved in all sorts of activities.

People communicate others in their daily lives and so they need socialization. No one likes to be around negative person because they do not want to feel worse. A positive outlook makes more people want to be around us. Being positive outlook means we meet other positive people and it can get endless benefit to that such as good relationship in friendship and workplace, and trust from others.

We all have difficulties in our lives and with negative outlooks the difficulties threaten to overwhelm us. In a person with a positive outlook, obstacles are just a part of life and something to overcome. He believes in his abilities to solve these challenges. Therefore, having a positive outlook allows us to more productive at work and around the house that is valued in our personal and professional life.

To be concluded, it can be seen that a positive outlook can brings us better places in our lives. It makes people feel that they have more confidence to attain their achievement in health, relationship and live goals. We should keep positive outlook that makes our mind and body  stronger and healthier towards our success in the future.

 

 

Positive outlook has several beneficial effects on the body and its condition of health. Those with a more positive outlook on life had adapted more successfully to the change of the world and had continued to make plans for the future. A positive outlook also contributes to our ability to cope with problems and hardships, and to remain sane and confident in difficult situations.

 

Positive outlooks just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way and ignore life's less pleasant situations. On the other hand, positive thinking can help to stop negative self-talks and start to consciously form a positive view on an issue. People who regularly practice positive thinking tend to solve problems more effectively. Life is meaningful and improving the quality by coping with positive outlook. Resilient people who focus on positive outlooks tend to treat every problem as a challenge, a chance for improvement of any kind, or as an opportunity for personal growth. Another effect of having a positive outlook is that it is an integral part of relationships.

 

If you tend to have a negative outlook, don't expect to become an optimist overnight. You can learn to turn negative  into positive ways. The process is simple, but it does take time and practice for creating a new habit. Some examples for improve positive outlooks are playing an instrument and by working together co-operatively to avoid difficult decisions and thought. . 

 

In conclusion a positive outlook is has a significant place in people's lives.  Positive outlook keeps us healthy and it is beneficial to deal with problems that we face in daily life. People can develop a positive outlook on their life.

It is believed that we have the way of life living the movement of popular culture and trend these day, as some people judge others based on social status and wealth. It can be seen from how people become famous and popular in the digital era. Nowadays, many people are being easy to popular because of their wealth. People cannot deal with the inner quality but they only realize based on physical appearance. 

Although traditional values such as respect for others, positive attitude, and behavior, honesty, and integrity seem to be ignored nowadays, they still play an important part in many communities. In common cases, the people should be suffering the society with their hard-working attitude, positive behavior, and their integrity. And then, most people are still looking for a person who is reliable and can be trusted. Therefore, it is important to retain these positive values because they still play an essential part in societies. 

In conclusion, while status and possessions as a measure of a person’s worth have become more popular, the behavior of most ordinary people shows that the old values are still strong. It is unlikely that honor, kindness, and trust will ever be replaced while creating a valuable and positive contribution to society in the world. 

Tracking expenses is one of the useful. People can use notebooks or an financial related app to record the spending, and according to the record to allocate a certain amount of spendable income. People can effectively know where the money is used and change their bad spending habits. If you don’t record immediately, it might be forgotten and reduce the tracking number of money with times, overtimes and it may be giving up by this way. This will cause drawback in the habits of money spending control habit. 

Another way to manage money is by setting a financial goal. It could be plan how much money to save and spend in a few years or the others. People should make financial plans to achieve goals and learn the concept of money in the life. This may be a good reason for adult  not to splurge on luxury items and saving money.

In conclusion, learning to manage money is essential for a stable life. The skills for managing money can be built up by setting a good habit and retaliating the goals. Then, even if combatting an emergency circumstance, it may overcome it well.

Overall trend has shown an improvement during this years, while it changed. In 1996 and 2000, there is sharper rises against the general steady increase for both gender except in 1997 which declined from about 82% to 81% for male and about 80% to 78% for female, also a slight decrease for male in 2001. There is a steady growth between 1997 to 2000 for both groups, although the percentage of male were constantly more then female, except in 2001 which both of them are as same as each other.  The highest figure were during the 2000 with approximately 84% for male and 83% for female.
