Democracy, Justice and Freedom

Fortunately for us, we live in a free, democratic, republican country, whose validity is founded, as the Constitution says 'on work' and on the commitment of each of us. The essential foundation for true democracy is the participation of everyone in the political life of their own nation. If democracy means 'government of the people', it means that we must all feel involved in what the government does or decides, in the mistakes it makes, in the deceptions into which it lets itself be carried away, in the scams that some of its representatives plot against the citizens.
