3. batch rename your files in bridge (lastname_ProjectTitle_sequence#

4. Save all work into the subfolder (as a photoshop or AI file) & add the creative title to the end (example: LastName_FirstNAme_Project_Creative Title).psd (or AI). This will save all your layers. THIS IS IMPORTANT- ALWAYS SAVE AS A .PSD OR AI FILE!

5. When you are totally finished save a copy or export as a JPG with the same file name.

6. All work should be backed up to the server, your flash drive & google drive.
