One aspect of my profession that
keeps me energized is food, calories. While many educators choose to eat during
a designated lunch period, I eat throughout the day in front of kids, during
small group, while teaching whole group and during passing.&amp;nbsp; It keeps my blood sugar stable and my energy
high. I enjoy modeling the eating of healthy food also.&amp;nbsp;
