The idealist tends to believe in ideas that may benefit something greater than themselves.<br>The realist is more pessimistic in nature, but that's not bad. The realist looks at situations and rather than dreaming of something huge, looks at the facts and does what is best for themselves or others. While the idealist in the video wants the news to be truthful against all odds, the realist wants to keep his employees paid and cared for. The idealist wants change, the realist wants safety.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have to say I agree with the man on this one. Even though I want honest news that covers all sides of the story, that is never going to be popular. People want to feel like their ideas are right, and so they’re going to listen to news that shares similar views to their own. Also, Don Quixote isn’t a character to align yourself with, yes he was fighting for right, but he was also trying to fight windmills because he thought they were monsters.</div>]]></description>
