encourage them to take ownership of their employability development from the start of
their university journey. They produced a resource which not only provided a definition
but also focused on the relevance of employability and practical ways in which students
could enhance their employability. As well as stressing that employability consisted of a
range of skills, attributes and knowledge, they also stressed the importance of a positive attitude which underpins and is at the centre of employability.
