Everyone gets stress but mine came to the point where i pull my hair and run to the wall, trying to knock out. I know right? How dumb i was. How I got rid of my stress is by always making time for something and I prayed everyday for my anxiety to go away and it did. My mom has always been there since day 1. My dad..well nope he wasn't there since day 1 or right now. Without my mother I don't know what I would be doing right now or even be here. I had depression, low self esteem, and anxiety. My low self esteem was something I wouldn't regret. This helped me achieved more and become more stronger. How? Without these I would climbed up a mountain without any effort. That's boring but i do regret the times i was in the corner in my room crying if liked my mother passed away. My depression and anxiety, I truly do regret. The type of Anxiety i had was hearing voices of saying i'm not good enough or i'll never achieve the top of my mountain. The reason why I value this is because my mom was, still is my motivation till this day. Without her motivation I would of keep failing my grades and not caring a lot anymore to my friends, family, people, and myself. My mom and I had a 3 hour conversation about this in May 7,2018. Was it worth talking about it? YES! My depression, anxiety and low self was happening Sept-June. Around May I was keep fighting to it and I have finally won the battle. My favorite artists is Drizzy Drake (rap), Romeo Santos (cumbia), Los hermanos (mirengue). When i'm having a bad day, these songs are like the rainbow because they make me smile and hyped. The sports I have played is soccer, basketball, track, and tennis but my favorite one is soccer. I have been playing soccer since i was seven years old. The movie i could watch over and over again and never get tired of it is "The Fault in our Stars", and "Goal." The Fault in our Stars is about a 16 year old girl who is a cancer patient, falls in love with a guy named Gus Waters and he's the only one who understands her. "Goal" is about a man chasing his dreams to soccer but his parents doesn't support him except his Grandma. The television i truly love is "Friends" I LOVE THAT SHOW SO MUCH. Friends is a comedy from 1944 and its a group of friends living their life in New York. The reason why I love this show is because there very funny and they always put a smile in my face.
