How are you? Happy to hear that you're coming back to Malaysia from London! It seems like you have a problem deciding what Kelantanese food you should taste since you’re landing at Kelantan and staying there for a day.

I think you should have a roti titab for breakfast at Kopitiam Kita. It’s a white bread served with half-boiled eggs and pandan curd. The combination is surprisingly delicious and I know you’re a pandan curd lover. This roti titab won’t let you down! For lunch maybe a dish of Nasi Air Dingin at Jalan Hamzah is just the right choice. The famous Nasi Air Dingin is rice with fish and vegetable dish wrapped in paper. It’s very flavourful as you can taste the sweetness, spiciness and sourness all blended well together. As for dinner, you could try the fish soup at Pok Mat Pulau Pisang. Well, people usually prefer chicken soup but this fish soup at Pok Mat Pulau Pisang is a meal one should never miss when visiting Kelantan. You’ll get a huge piece of fish in the soup and it’s garnished with chili slices and parsley to add freshness to the taste.

Hope you're doing great these past few days, pal. If I'm not mistaken, you're visiting Kelantan for a day, right? Good news I must say! Kelantan is full of scrumptious dishes and cuisines, the flavors are exquisite and should not be missed.

First and foremost, after waking in the morning, feeling refresh and wanting to start the day off with something refreshing, why not try the Roti Titab? They're 'born' in Kelantan and sold commonly at Kopitiam Kita. It's a white bread served with half-boiled eggs and pandan curd. What is this abomination? Doesn't it sounds weird or unappetizing, I hear you asking. Surprisingly, it doesn't! The hard-boiled eggs burst and melt in your mouth as you're chewing and the pandan curd just go well with it. I'm confident that you won't be let down.

After that, lunch time is coming up and I have just the right thing for you. Being the seafood lover as you usually are, I suggest you to try the well-known Nasi Air Dingin. The dish is made of rice with fish and vegetable and wrapped in paper. this delicacy is full of flavor. It's packed with sweetness, sourness and with a hint of spiciness. Sounds delicious! It can also be eaten in the morning as breakfast but I prefer it as lunch.

As the sun is setting down, night time has come and dinner is last for the day. Why not try the Eel Maggi? It is very special. It isn't the regullar instant noodle you would eat everyday. However, as the name suggests, it is instant noodles cooked wtih eel! You could take a trip down to Restoran Za Maggi Belut, it isn't far from your hotel and dont be lazy. It could satisfy your taste buds for the night. Just a heads up, the portion is quite big for one person but your appetite is big therefore I think you could finish it.

Firstly, you can take a breakfast which is roti titab at kopitiam in Kota Bharu. It tastes really nice and only costs RM5! What about lunch? You can't miss up Nasi Air Dinding at Jalan Hamzah. You can taste the sweetness, spiciness and soulless blended together. Lastly, you can try the fish soup at Pok Mat Pulau Pisang. If you visit to Kelantan, this delicacy you should never miss up. Although it costs RM12, but you can enjoy this with your parents. Inside this tasty, there have a huge piece of fish garnished with chili slices and parsley to add freshness to the taste.
