         <description><![CDATA[<div>5k - student can count with one-to-one correspondence BUT struggle to count backward<br><br>1 - can write equations based on the color of counters independently BUT still need guidance when writing them based on rows in a ten frame<br><br>2 - can write addition equations with more than two addends BUT that caused them to get confused when writing equations with "spillover"<br><br>3 - have excellent conversations about addition and can use the strategies BUT they make minor errors.<br><br>4 - with guidance can use the addition strategies BUT independently still need guidance.<br><br>5 - (addition) can add up to 10 numbers (single digit and 10) independently BUT will not show their work to be able to find errors when they are wrong.<br><br>5 - (multiplication) Understand equal groups and writing multiplication equations based on those equal groups BUT still need guidance on writing repeated addition equations independently.</div>]]></description>
