From the Berlin Airport you may take any S-Bahn or FEX train to the "Berlin Ostkreuz" station. Depending on the train it takes 15 to 30 minutes.
From Berlin Ostkreuz you take the train to Frankfurt (Oder) leaving from platform # 1. It takes about 1 hour. Departure times are 14:31h, 15:33h, 16:31h, 17:33h, 19:12h.
From Frankfurt (Oder) you take the Bus# 969 in front of the station to Herzershof. 
Buses depart for example at 15:40h, 17:05h, 17:40h, 20:20h.
Tell the bus driver that you like to exit at "Herzershof". The trip takes around 45 minutes. 

Arriving at Herzershof it is a 400 meter walk to Herzershof 10.
